These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Whipbase and supersede all prior agreements regarding our services.
Whipbase provides a platform for information exchange centered around vehicles. It is a social media forum for vehicles. The platform is currently in an early access phase with open access.
Due to this early phase, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be constantly available. Outages and limitations may occur at any time and cannot be held against us. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services, areas of the platform, or the entire platform at any time.
It is expressly prohibited to use the platform for purposes or topics that are not related to vehicles, vehicle tuning, and information exchange about vehicles.
Users agree to:
Accounts not registered as businesses may not be used for commercial purposes. Businesses wanting to use the platform for advertising purposes must be registered as business accounts.
Whipbase is in an early access phase. Outages and limitations cannot be held against us.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Whipbase reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time. Whipbase also reserves the right to remove users from the platform at any time, especially in case of violation of these terms of use, without prior notice.
These terms remain in effect as long as you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms.
Whipbase expressly reserves the right to remove users from the platform at any time and without prior notification or justification, and to block their access.
You may stop using our services at any time. Additional terms may apply for paid services.
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By publishing content on our platform, you agree that Whipbase receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish this content.
Whipbase may use all content published on the platform for advertising purposes. This includes use on the platform itself, in social media, on the website, and in other marketing materials of Whipbase.
You guarantee that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload or publish on our platform and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
These terms are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and private international law.
For all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, the courts at the registered office of the service provider shall have exclusive jurisdiction, provided that the user is a merchant or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
